Moosehaven is a beautiful, exclusive retirement community for Moose members and their spouses, nestled on 63 acres along the St. Johns River in Orange Park, Florida. For over a century, it has offered a secure, active, and supportive environment—while letting residents age in place with dignity and comfort.
Living Options: Tailored to Your Needs
Moosehaven offers two distinct programs:
Traditional Program
Designed for long-standing Moose members (15+ years).
Residents deposit personal resources into a retirement account, from which housing, meals, activities, transport, and healthcare are covered.
Even if funds run short, residents may remain as long as they follow community rules
Brandon Place Program
Independent-living homes with a one-time entrance fee plus monthly charges.
Designed for active adults seeking freedom with access to campus amenities and security
Exceptional Care & Services
Continuum of Care: Independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice—all on-campus.
HealthCare Center: Physician‑staffed clinic, therapy services, pharmacy, and urgent care.
Safety & Maintenance: 24-hour security, landscaping, transportation, housekeeping, salon services .

Founded in 1922 with just 20 residents inside a converted hotel, Moosehaven grew into a vibrant campus built by Moose members themselves . Today, it honors that legacy by continually expanding services and residences to meet evolving needs.
